All screen printing is outsourced to a local printing company that has been in business for over 20 years.
Customers purchase the apparel from Embroidery Expressions and after a quality inspection, we hand deliver to the screen-printer.
All costs are shown on the invoice and paid to Embroidery Expressions. All screen print orders must be pre-paid in full.
After payment has been received, customer must approve all artwork, design and layout before being printed on merchandise. Approximate turn-around time on screen print orders: 3 weeks.

Screen Print or Flash Charge For Additional Location Use 401-999 Pricing.
Flash on Dark Colors Charge: Most screen printing on garments is done with wet ink going onto wet ink. Certain jobs and dark garment prints need to have colors dried or cured and then another coat applied on-top of it. Flashing is required for good coverage and a more true color.

Art charge averages $25.00 for most single color designs. This is a one time charge, unless changes are made to the existing design. Therefore, if you need to order additional tees with this
same design,you can do so without paying an additional art charge.

Prices are subject to change. Prices do not include shipping,sales tax, or delivery charge. Shipping: the cost to have the product shipped to Embroidery Expressions. Delivery is FREE on all orders over $175.00 within the city limits of Owenton, Georgetown, or Frankfort KY. There is a $5.00 delivery charge on orders less than $175.00 or merchandise may be picked up on site.
Screen Printing On Merchandise Other Than T-Shirts
Nylon, Mesh, Jackets, Bags, Jerseys, and Print on Pockets: Add .75 per. color, per. location.
Multiple Color Designs
Three and four color designs will be quoted on an individual basis.
Production Time
Normal production time is three to four weeks after product arrives at printers.
Spoilage Allowance
All screen print orders are subject to a 2% spoilage allowance, with a 1 piece minimum. If one piece (or 2%) of your order is messed up, it is not the screen-printers or Embroidery Expressions responsibility to replace it. If your order must be exact, please plan accordingly.
